Fly Sonata is a future-soul outfit formed of Tuala, George, Matt, Simon and Finn who got together through shared a passion for song-writing and have since been steadily crafting a raw and engaging sound. With a plethora of influences and styles they have been likened to bands such a Hiatus Kaiyote, Erykah Badu & Little dragon.

Similarly, the vocals are delivered with a percussive and soulful edge, choosing angular but hooky lines over the groove-heavy rhythm section. They pluck all the best bits from Soul and Hip-Hop to Gospel and Jazz, making it practically impossible not to nod your head.
Their self-titled, debut EP came out in 2019 and has already prompted lots of interest but the band are already hard at work creating a second and playing shows here, there and everywhere, Be sure to keep an eye out for one near you.
